Terms — Lifetime Early Access (preorder)

What you're buying

A one-time payment of $9 USD for lifetime access to DevPinger Pro features. This is a preorder with a delivery commitment: the Stripe and Sentry sources will ship within 60 days of your purchase. GitHub and Jira sources work today.

If we miss the 60-day deadline

Full refund, one click. We'll initiate the refund automatically within 14 days after the deadline if Stripe and Sentry sources are not shipped. No questions, no negotiation.

Lifetime, but not transferable

Your lifetime access is tied to one Telegram account. You can't sell, gift, or transfer it. If you lose access to your Telegram account, contact us with proof of purchase and we'll re-link.

Refunds after delivery

Within 30 days of the Stripe and Sentry sources shipping, you can request a full refund — no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.

What "lifetime" means

As long as DevPinger exists as a service. If the project shuts down, we'll give 90 days notice and an export of your data. The self-hosted MIT-licensed core remains available forever — github.com/Guck111/devpinger.

Limits we don't promise

  • Specific delivery date for individual features beyond the 60-day window.
  • Compatibility with sources we haven't announced (e.g., Datadog, Slack-as-source).
  • SLA on uptime. We aim for 99%+ but don't guarantee it for the $9 tier.
